Ms. Keneiloe Mokoatle has been appointed by the Afric Oil board as the Interim Managing Director of Afric Oil.
She is experienced in Human Capital and Corporate Services Management offering over 10 years’ experience at management level across a range of industries including private, Communication and Marketing, Agriculture, Wholesale and Retail, public and state-owned commercial enterprises. She currently holds the position of Group Human Resources Manager in Afric Oil Pty Ltd. Keneiloe holds a National Diploma Labour Relations, cert. Human Resource Management and will be completing her Hons. Degree Human Resource Management.
She has also managed various corporate services portfolios which include corporate governance, stakeholder relations management, communications, risk and compliance, property management and information technology.

Dr. Eugenia Kula-Ameyaw is a Social Entrepreneur and Strategist with extensive board experience in both State-Owned Entities and Private Companies. She has served Finance Committees, Strategic Operations Committees and served and chaired Transformation Committees. She has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Oxford Brookes Business School, Board Leadership Certificate from GIBS and various Executive Certificates from Japan, Turin, Italy, and Geneva.
She is passionate about empowering woman and is a founder and chairperson of BWOSA, was a judge for the Inaugural South Africa Premier Business Awards in 2013, and was an expert panellist on Women Economic Empowerment and its link to 2030 agenda on Sustainable development at the UN Commission on the Status of Women in 2016.
An expert in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Corporate Governance, Transformation and Empowerment, Eugenia is a published author, writes and presents conferences papers, and has featured in magazines, on TV and radio shows on Transformation, Governance and Strategy related topics.
